Rootikaly Movement is a project focused on spreading the word and the sound of Reggae Music. Through the years the project has evolved in several areas. Everything started during the late 90s with radio shows in Guadalajara, Spain, playing Jamaican music amongst other genres. In 2003 the process of building a Sound System kicked off, with the aim of performing Roots Reggae and Dub dances preserving the sound quality and vibe from the Jamaican and UK reggae dances from back in the day. In Rootikaly Movement’s vibrant sessions you will find a blend of musical styles from foundation Jamaican original rarities, to actual digital UK Dub, exclusive productions, pre-releases and dubplates. Rootikaly Movement’s sessions will make your body move and your spirit groove! We also started the Record Label proyect in 2020. Pressing on vinyl exclussive music from our archive that is the soul of our live sessions.
